Special Event Information and Submission Form

Please complete this form to obtain a special listing for your event. Special events are listed in the Special Event dropdown on the GayHappenings web page, listed at the top of the page dedicated to events occuring in your area of the country, and are listed as regular event listings on the GayHappenings website. Special events will only be listed as "special" on the page for the state in which the event occurs.

There is a charge associated with Special Event listings. Listings will be posted up to 3 months prior to the date of the event for a charge of $5.00. Payment is accepted by check or through PayPal and no listing will be posted until the payment is received by Happenings Data and Web Services. Payment instructions are contained on the next page. GayHappenings will process the information within 3-7 days of the submission and will contact you if we have any questions.

Events are not displayed until the submission has been reviewed by GayHappenings. Special Events are not listed until payment is received.

Please do NOT use all capital letters.  GayHappenings reserves the right to reject or edit the content and appearance of submissions.

Currently, available areas include each of the states of the US and DC and the provinces of Canada, and some other more specific locations. As the volume of event listings increases, more individual cities and geographic areas within states will be included. You may suggest additional Listing Areas below.

If you select a location that begins with a dash (-), the listing will also be added to the state/province listing.

Payment of $5.00 must be received before this Special Event listing will be included on the GayHappenings web site. Payment by check must be sent to Happenings Data and Web Services, PO Box 186, Warren, RI 02885-0186. Please make check payable to Happenings Data and Web Services.
